Everton's initial Brozovic bid rejected

The Blues have moved this month to bolster the midfield with the acquisition of Davy Klaassen from Ajax and are said to be seriously interested in Brozovic whom Inter appear willing to sell this summer.

The Croatian international has had his injury problems in his time at the San Siro but remains one of the most highly-rated players in his position currently playing in Europe.

Reports suggest that the two clubs are close on valuation and that an increased bid from Goodison Park could secure their man.
