Everton are thought to be the Premier League club who have made contact with Frank Fabra, the Colombian left back who could be calling time on his time at Boca Juniors.
A tweet by Argentine-based journalist Augusto Cesar suggests that "an English team contacted him and [he] could leave in June. Boca is aware of the interest.
The Blues are on the lookout for a left back to cover for – and eventually replace – Leighton Baines who missed a large portion of this season with a calf problem.
Fabra is an attacking fullback who observers say is better going forward than he is from the defensive point of view.
