The Blues have been linked with Mina since his strong showing for Colombia in the World Cup and appeared to be close to a deal at one stage.
Through his agent, the player has stressed his desire to find out what his first-team prospects are at the Nou Camp before making any decisions over his future and, in the meantime, there have been reports of interest from the likes of Lyon and Manchester United.
While Mina didn't travel with the Barcelona squad on their pre-season tour on account of his post-Russia break, Digne did join his team-mates, casting doubt on the likelihood of Everton being able to land him despite strong claims in the media that an agreement was in the offing.
Despite press claims in the UK that the asking price was as high as £25m, Everton are said to be offering €10m for Digne whereas Barça are looking foer €16m for the left-back.
Press reports in Spain suggest that Barcelona have confirmed Everton's interest and that talks are progressing well. They also claim that the player is keen to join the Blues, with some going as far as to suggest a deal could be concluded before the end of the week, but they stress that Barcelona are keen to recoup their €16m outlay on Digne.
