Everton start the new season with a bold new venture that sees them partner with a new and dedicated local start-up to produce a very impressive new Matchday Programme.

The first issue to be produced by Quatrisport is available now on order from the club at this Programme order page.

The normal price has been kept at £4 but the Brighton game will see a special large format (A4) £10 souvenir issue, similar to the one produced for the last game at Goodison Park.

Summer signing Jack Grealish is the subject of the main interview, while there is a stunning pictorial timeline showing how the Hill Dickinson Stadium came to life out of Bramley-Moore Dock.

The programme feature several of David Moyes's new signings, while Kevin McLeod tells his incredible post-Everton journey having come through the Blues' Academy.

You can guarantee your own personal copies of all 19-Premier League home programmes for the 2025-26 season for a fixed price of £120 – which includes UK postage and packing. A seasonal subscription represents a saving of more than £25 when compared to buying each programme online individually.

Subscribers in Europe can get the same subscription for £170 including postage and packaging, while the price for the rest of the world is £225.

Can they also programme Moyes and his starting 11 to be positive, effective, attack minded and, most importantly, successful.

When I hooked back up with all things Everton back in the early '90s, after years of isolation in the USA, one of the things I did was subscribe to the Matchday Programme.

It was a great resource... but as time passed, I found I was reading it less and less. And this new-fangled worldwide interweb thingy was just getting going.

I wonder how the sales numbers have held up through the ensuing revolution?

New era, New Stadium… New Programme...

Same old problems.

As a teenager, I was an avid collector of programmes. Not just Everton ones, but football in general.

When I started buy them, I had a full collection of all of the Everton home matches from the 85-86 and 86-87 seasons as well as the away trips my mother could cobble enough together for me to get the coach. I also had the Wembley trips I was able to go to and the away trip that away trip to Norwich.

Lord knows what happened to them as I moved around. They might still be in my sister's garage.

Any truth in the rumour that the RS have erected a huge sign on the Dock Road about the distance to the “best” ground in the city?

If true, how antagonistic is that.

Where's Richard (Doddy) Dodd, he would have orgasams about the £10 souvenir issue.

Can I ask if anyone is going from Ainsdale to the match on Sunday, who could pick up a programme for me?

I won't order on line, after having my card hacked several years ago. Cost me, loads of time and trouble, to sort it out. Not a good time.

I am happy to pay in advance and would meet up prior to the game.

It was the Anfield Wrap cretins. Did something similar in Manchester a couple of years ago.

Think it was when they were celebrating their covid league.

I've got literally hundreds of old Everton programmes — asked in St Luke's if they wanted them but they were of no interest to them.

Anybody who wants them are free to have them, just ask on here.

New era, still totally lacking signings.

I still can't understand how we are looking at new players, and keep looking, and other teams come in weeks later make an offer and buy?

Probably the wrong thread but thought I'd ask on here anyway. Anyone had their email off the back of the ballot for the Aston Villa game yet?

First time doing it this season as we are away for the Brighton game and heard nothing about whether we've been successful for tickets or not.

I'm assuming not at this stage but would be nice to actually be told!!

New era new stadium but same old Everton. We are acting as if we haven't a pot to piss in. Maybe dithering Davey mouthing off doesn't do any good. Same old Everton.

In a crossword puzzle, frustration (7 letters) … Everton.

Andrew @13
I never received an email, successful or not, for the Brighton ballot. I eventually realised I was unsuccessful but never, still haven’t, received confirmation.
I’ve since managed to get a ticket transfer from a good friend who can’t make the game (hoping for the email today) but I get the impression the club only emails successful applicants.

Cheers Mark @17. Got emails through overnight saying we were unsuccessful so will see if there’s any resale options today

New era, New Stadium… New Programme… Same old Customer Support
Been trying to contact the club all week to cancel a cup ticket I never ordered.
Phone contact is useless - either you end up waiting (and listening to bloody awful sing alongs ) only to be cut off or you get an automated message claiming that due to the high volume of calls you will have to phone back later!
I tried the alternative number supplied and it is ‘not in service’
Email to customer support promises a response within 21 days.
I tried Everton direct who responded immediately to inform me that they have nothing to do with the running of the club and only deal with merchandising!

Andrew and Mark - re the ballot:

I got an email on both occasions telling me I had been unsuccessful closely followed by a further email encouraging me to purchase Everton merch from the online store!! Talk about kicking me when I'm down!!

My big issue with the ballot is that you don't know how many others are in the ballot with you or how many tickets are actually up for grabs.

Im somewhere around 4000 on the season ticket waiting list so highly unlikely Ill be getting one of those anytime soon so apparently my best option is the Forever+ membership. That's beginning to look £70 down the drain too

What's happened to customer service? Are there any staff?

You can wait for hours and still get no answer… no way to treat fans.

I rang the ticket line and waited over 40 minutes before giving up. I'm now absolutely allergic to Altogether Now and Grand Old Team but hooked on Z-Cars!

I never received any communication at all that I was unsuccessful.

Regarding the stadium, I attended the 2nd test event and I'm looking forward immensely to Sunday and the game, whatever the outcome. Thank you very much to my donor who is the bestest mate ever – you know who you are!

Hope the new dog has settled in? 😘

Sean, to me the most unfair thing with the ballot is that a single applicant (eg me) can be unsuccessful looking for one ticket whilst multiple applicants get their full request. There were at least two over on TPF who got 4 tickets each in the Brighton ballot. I only wanted one!

Like you I'm in the 4,000s on the waiting list for a ST so until they increase the capacity I'm relying on that £70 membership plus for home tickets. I do think it will settle down though once the newness has worn off. There again, if we actually start winning it may not. I'd be happy with that scenario.

Welcome to merchandising, we knew it was coming didn't we?

Pepsi max has landed.

Premium tickets are here.

The stadium will be a sell out venue though, so the atmosphere will be great, as soon as the new team gels the noise should be amazing.

Different yes, better? yes, I'm an old dog and don't readily accept changes, but we are on an upward curve as a club.

Hopefully all ticketing and new ground issues will be fully resolved in the next few months and there will be more pride on a match day in your royal blue jersey.

I'm looking forward to seeing the brand new pitch!

I remember the last competitive game I played. The pitch was made up of broken bricks, rubble concrete and builders sand.

We won 3-2 on aggregate.

Has anyone had terrible frustrating experiences in 'Club View'? Which has now been officially renamed, 'Club Queue'.
Ian Bennett

The club sent me this around Club View.

We want to thank you for being part of Club View for today’s first Premier League match and three points at Hill Dickinson Stadium.

We’re incredibly proud to have welcomed you into our new home, but we also recognise that your Club View experience can also be improved.

We are aware some supporters were impacted by a technical issue with the reconciliation of the £10 food and beverage. This, in turn, caused disruption to food and drink purchases and contributed to queues at kiosks.

Whilst the technical issue was resolved prior to kick-off, we understand this will have been too late for some fans, both in terms of queues and in completing purchases without being able to take advantage of credit.

Club staff spoke to many Club View Members throughout the day and we welcome the constructive comments, which are all very valuable for us as we move forward. The headlines from the feedback gathered today were:
• Great views from seats
• Pre-loaded credit problems and issues
• Staff very helpful and willing, but service speeds need improvement
• Enhanced menu with exclusive Club View items was well received
• Limited surfaces to rest drinks and food
• Use of e-bars worked smoothly
• Matchday programme availability and distribution received mixed reception

We are acting on all of the feedback received.

Our next steps
• We have identified the cause of technical issues that impacted credit-loading, and will ensure the system works as it should for our next home Premier League fixture.
• We are reviewing staff training and queue management processes.
• We will increase locations for programme collection and maintain food and beverage quality controls.
• We will expand the retail offering in Club View, and enhance the branding on the concourse.

We can also confirm that we will load £20 credit for every Club View Member (instead of the usual £10) for the Aston Villa fixture on 13 September. This credit will be automatically available on your Season Ticket and, as with the original mechanic, can be redeemed at Dockyard Kitchen till-points in the Club View concourse. Please note that credit is valid for Premier League fixtures only.

With your help and support we are determined to get this right and ensure your matchdays in Club View feel as special as they should.

As a former Season Ticket Holder, because of health and other issues I relinquished my Ticket and latterly became a Digital Member. Even that has changed now, all subscribers received a Gift of Everton related items, key rings, Cards etc.

Now it is called Forever Blue+ (£60/No Concessions) where you get nothing, but still have to join, as I understand, to have any chance of getting a Ticket - even if someone has let you use their S T because they can't make it. I think that is tantamount to Blackmail !

Mixed feelings about my experience yesterday as a Club View member.

The ground looked amazing from the outside and the arena itself looked great and the view from my seat is superb. I was taken aback by the lack of leg room though.

I certainly found the concourse overcrowded and very noisy. The Dockyard Kitchen was a total disaster. Couldn't make use of my £10 credit as the system was down.

Having queued up for over 20 minutes to be served, I was informed most of the drinks were unavailable. Felt I was cheated.

Couldn't believe that there were no escalators!

Can't see how walking to and from the ground on wet wintery days will go down well with fans. Surprisingly, I got home later than I used to do for a 3pm kick-off.

Great result, thankfully, and some really good performances.
