Braiden Graham hit four goals as Everton U21s gave up 4 late goals after leading 5-0 at Tottenham Hotspur. The dramatic win sealed a Premier League 2 playoff place for Paul Tait’s Young Blues.
The Blues had to see off a spirited late fightback from Spurs, who were reduced to 10 men on the half-hour and scored four quick goals to pile on the pressure in added time.
But Braiden Graham’s four goals, two either side of the break, with a fifth from captain Reece Welch proved enough to take the Blues to the playoff stage by securing a top-16 finish after 20 games, as well as securing a return to the Premier League International Cup next season.
