Eli Campbell has joined Port Vale, who currently sit rock bottom of League One, 10 points adrift of safety, on loan for the rest of the season.

The Academy graduate Campbell made his senior debut for Everton in last month’s FA Cup loss to Sunderland after spending a large part last season on loan with Ross County in the Scottish Premiership.

He will now spend the rest of the 2025-26 season at Vale Park, where it is hoped he will get the chance to play more regularly at senior level, albeit at the bottom of League One.

He joins Francis Okoronkwo, George Finney, Will Tamen and Roman Dixon, who have all been loaned out from the U21s during the January transfer window.
