Everton Under-21s defender Reece Welch will spend the season on loan with second-tier Belgian side KMSK Deinze in the Challenger Pro League.
The young defender is the latest of the Blues’ academy players to be farmed out on loan to get more regular playing time.
Having made a couple of senior appearances for Everton against Boreham Wood and Fleetwood Town, he spent part of last season on loan at Forest Green Rovers.
