England 3 – 0 Czechia [65′]

With two wins and one loss, England are well placed to secure a Top 2 spot that would take them into the Nations League quarter-finals in March, with the semi-finals and final in June. If Spain beat Croatia and England defeat Czechia, then the Three Lions would be on 9 points, with Croatia in 3rd on 3 points.

England would not have mathematically qualified, but it goes on head-to-head if points are level so, in the above scenario, Croatia would then have to beat England at Wembley by an 8-goal margin to have any chance of overtaking Thomas Tuchel’s side.

Jordan Pickford keeps his place in goal and Anthony Gordon joins James Garner and Jarrad Branthwaite on the bench.

Both Garner and Branthwaite came on together after the hour-mark.

England: Pickford, Alexander-Arnold, Quansah, Guehi (63′ Branthwaite), Hall, Anderson (63′ Garner), Lewis-Skelly, Rogers, Bellingham, Eze, Kane.
