Proof of 'dithering'

Comments (5)

Those who believe Moyes is better than he is and he is a decisive man should read what Nugent has said about Everton. He has a career to think about and will not wait for Moyes to come in and make a bid. Is this not 'dithering'? I think Moyes takes all morning to decide what underpants to wear! Even then he would go a for cautious colour!

This man's dithering, not only in the transfer market, but in games also, has cost us too many times. If Billy Bullshite won't replace him, then bring in a man to oversee transfers and other important matters. Let Moyes around only at match days, where he can't do too much damage!

As Nugent prepares to go to another club, and Everton now offer two players for Jagielka, thus leaving us more players short! Remember, Moyes lovers, that this man will steer us to glory! Bollocks!

I think the dithering you speak of regarding the Nugent deal has a lot to do with the price being quoted by PNE which, I think, most would agree is very very high. Would you rather spend Evertons money more frivolously?
Could it be possible that by trading players for Jagielka DM would leave his transfer kitty untouched and use more money to then fund the Nugent transfer you long for?

On the Nugent Saga, does it not smack a tad of desperation from the player threatening Everton? lets be honest, if he was a target, the club would have signed him already. As far as I?m concerned, we have until midnight on transfer deadline day to bite our nails and curse the hierarchy!!!

The only thing your ?article? proves once again is that you have not got a clue about football or Everton. You do a great job of putting a smile on many Evertonian faces.... Keep up the good work.

You do like your daily moan, don’t you, Luq.
In all likelihood, Moyes is playing a bit of brinksmanship with PNE. Nugent is entering the last year of his contract and the longer Moyes waits, the lower the price, provided two things: One, Moyes really wants him and two, Nugent really wants to come here.
On the former point, we already have AJ, Vaughan, Anichebe, McFadden and, to a degree, Cahill and Beattie up front. Our priority isn’t a striker. Isn’t it just possible Moyes is aware of this?

Luq, the latest ramblings are so tired I can only assume you wrote them in bed. I love the simplicity of posts from you and the likes of Paul Simpson: "Why haven?t we signed the players I want us to? - This is so typical!" Holy shit, mate, untwist the knickers for a minute and try to imagine that someone, somewhere, knows a bit more about things than you and Tony Marsh.
