Solutions Not Problems
Comments (7)
When I first started work, my boss used to say to me 'Bring me solutions ? not problems!' I know, not quite Oscar Wilde but it still had an effect on me. As I read the contributions from a number of blues there seems to be a lot of people with a lot of problems but very few with solutions ie, Luq Yussef (the man moans more than the mother-in-law, FFS)...
So for that type of fan the two solutions available are:
- New Manager
Still faced with the same problems as DM and again there is nobody out there better than him at the moment (Suggestions if you believe otherwise please Luq) -
New Chairman/Investor
How long is a piece of string?! There is no answer to when either of these will come along so all we can do in the meantime is make the club look attractive to investors ? ie, new ground and traing complex (both in progress). Again, open to suggestions...
In my eyes, I believe we are moving forward as a club with the resources we have available to us, so instead of finishing with the old cliche 'COYB lets get behind the boys etc' I will finsh with 'Lets have some solutions not more problems!'

If you read on one of the other blue sites a disertation regarding a move to a new stadium you may find a route to what is really going on in his mind. If the Gregg deal had gone ahead Everton would have just been a name to trade about with no sustainable assets other than its playing staff. Therefore he had the interest of the club (and no doubt his shareholding)first.
Michael, as you have responded to the comments above where are the solutions? You and many other commentators are quick to jump to conclusions were conjecture is concerned but never offer anything which can be construed as constructive.
I see today the MP who represents the constituency we reside in as finally joined in the fray. It is interesting he starts by congratulating Knowsley.
A typical supporter of a site like the one you are involved in, start by sitting on the fence and hope you fall off on the side were it concludes.
He will fuck off from efc when the stadium plans go thorough and a big money offer is made for his shares.
Everyday we here about investors looking to take over this club or that club, but never any interest in Everton. Could this be that we are the only club that wants untold millions invested on the condition that, despite a considerable investment, the current custodians still insist on being in complete control.
Try selling your house to someone on the condition that you still intend on living there regardless. I would suspect they would tell you to fuck off.
These sort of people must have enquired about Everton if they're trying to buy these other clubs. We can only assume that Bill Kenwright now actively rejects any interest shown in our club. What an utterly selfish and mendacious individual he is. And still we await our first new signing of the summer, despite having the smallest squad in the league. Honestly, you couldn't make it up...

Then there was the entire fabtrication of terh Fortress Sports Fund... are you seriously suggeting we can actually trust what this man says? That is certainky a "Solution"... it's just not a very intelligent one, given BK's track record.
