Kenwright out Part II

To All who perhaps want to give BK some credence, look at what is happening. The man who has stated so often that he is a true blue and will always answer to the fans has dissappeared, some would hope forever. It is not meant to be a personal attack against a man who is a loyal Everton Supporter ? BUT ? the man has got to realise that time is running out.

Moyes I believe will not be the target if things go wrong but will be the hero if the team achieves anywhere near the results of last season. However, the football is crap. We grind out 1-0 wins; there is little skill or imagination in the team. Most fans know that we need players but BK cannot deliver. It is time he fell on his sword or came clean.

Bill ? tell it like it really is. Where has all the money gone?? I recall and I may be wrong here that the Rooney money cleared our debts... if not then where has the Sky money for the last two years gone as we only spent £12m last season? Wyness tells us we are one of the best run football clubs in the world and yet we have no money to invest in what he proclaims is a thriving business. Something is not right and I just wish the chairman would have the balls to face the fans and for once tell the truth. Bill, you might be surprised if you did as to the reaction of the Fans.

Shaun... I don?t agree with your stance, I?m indifferent to your petition, but I sympathize with how publicly you are being exposed and ridiculed on the very petition itself.

Why don?t I agree with your stance? Because I think that whilst you - and others - ask reasonable questions on some matters relating to BK and EFC finances, on others you make simplistic surmises and, in my opinion, reach ultimately false conclusions.

Why am I indifferent to your petition? Because it is poorly crafted and needs to be more succinct and pointed if you and the petition are to be taken seriously by supporters you wish to attract and - when it reaches its desired target and audience - to be received as a serious document.

And whilst I sympathize with you for the public flogging you are receiving, perhaps you also need to reflect on your own conduct and words in launching the petition as you have. You cannot on the one hand berate someone in the public forum as you have (and that includes fellow blues as well as BK...) and then - as you have in another thread on TW - demand that anyone opposed to your initiative should fuck off and shut up.

If you are genuinely serious about running a successful campain and attracting the tens of thousands of signatures you desire, then you should be prepared to answer and defend your position and persuade others to your point of view.

As it is, your rather sad statement in this thread reveals a fragile ego that has taken on something bigger than he could chew. And I repeat, I am genuinely sorry that you?ve exposed yourself to such hurt as I believe you are experiencing.

All the pro Bullshit Billy fans have missed is where the £20M to buy out Agent Johnson andgive BK his shareholding came from??? Not from BK but from EFC itself with a bit of creative accounting. That is where our so-called debt came from!!!!

And for all those quoting the fate of Leeds, look at West Brom and Sheffield Wednesday. In other words, you can justify any position. Are Liverpool really that much richer that they can throw away $20/30mil a year on spec buys while we unload player after player and bring a max of two NEW players per year in?

Jimmy Harris, I?m not Bill's strongest supporter as he does need to move over if investment can?t be found, but if you?re going to have a go at him at least present a valid argument. He would have had to be in charge of the club's finances already to participate in creative accounting, as he was a proposed buyer he had to do it fully transparently. He may not have done so since (eg the FSF fiasco) but Johnson owned the acounts prior to his purchase so the only one who could have been accused of cooking the books would have been Johnson to hide any further mismanagement of the finances at the time, so your argument is completely flawed.
