Straight away from the title of my "piece" you can possibly tell I'm not convinced about this vote one little bit. The point of my moan is, doesn't Mr Wyness's contract state that he can negotiate contracts for his own gain?
I don't believe that Mr Wyness is able to look after the commercial side of Everton football Club when there is such a blatant conflict of interest with him handling the negotiations. How can we ever be sure that any deal done by Kieth Wyness is in Everton's best interest? Simple answer is we can't. His contract with the club allows him to "broker" deals on the club's behalf. This means he can take a cut, (commission) of any deal he signs for Everton Football Club.
Maybe we should all be carefull about what Mr Wyness is telling us. Is this really the deal of the Century for Everton? Or is it the Deal of the Century for Mr Wyness?
I realise this is off the mark of other posts but it is something that the club or Mr Wyness haven't denied in the past. It is a grave conflict of interest to allow a man who potentially stands to earn an awful lot of money through any deal to be allowed to negotiate such a deal. He cannot have 100% of Everton's best interest in mind while he's got such a personal gain to make.
The fact that there is no Plan B scares me shitless. This is a £60M turnover company. It can't make decisions based on only one option. It's commercial suicide. We all care. Mr Wyness say's he care's (lip service). Would you, as a CEO of a company, take such a risk of offering one option on the biggest decision that your company will ever make and offer that to your shareholders and in Evertons case, supporters?
It's a 'take it or leave it' scenario. It's a scare tactic. It's bullyshit if you ask me.

Just say no and lets hope they officially put the club up for sale.
I understand they are looking for more Corporate clients from a new ground but Billy and Bully have already counted the money the Tesco deal will make them personaly.Forget the hype of the long term interests for the Club because thats what it is, say NO to Kirkby.
