Has Bill Lost his voice?

Comments (14)

I've listened to "I'm only interested in what's in it for me" Wyness on Radio City. He doesn't give a toss about Everton [remember the Villarreal ticket allocation?]. His only interest is the next rung of the ladder for himself, believe me, it's true. What I want to know is, where is Bill? I would rather hear from Bill than that greedy "I'm all right, Jack" Wyness. So, speak up, Bill. Every Everton fan knows you are a True Blue. You ask us to give up our home and pride and leave our city. We were born here, in our city and that's where we want to stay. Speak to us, Bill.

Most of us had to move away to better ourselves.

Correct, I moved to Kirkby to get out of the Walton area years ago, we all have to make the move if we want to improve our image.

So where have LFC moved to then? Oh, yes, from Anfield to... Anfield.

I did say most of us.

Theres always an argument if you feel you have to find one.

Sorry, wasn’t your response an ’argument’ to the post?
If, as part of the ’Whatever you say Keith’ brigade you don’t expect to get an argument from someone who believes the club has a duty to make sure that staying in the city is not an option, then don’t post, especially if it’s a ridiculous irrelevant ’comparison’. You didn’t make the decision to move for 40,000 people.

You know where Bill is, you read it in all the papers, he was busy putting on his latest production in the West End: "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat."
Oh, yes, and what a surprise, it cocked up on the opening night. No change there then. Bill’s as good in his real life as he in his fantasy life not running our club.

If your expecting Bill to speak then think again. He only speaks when everybody is on a high (Qualifying for Champs Lge, Victories over Liverpool etc) Then he crawls back into his shell when controversy arises.

Spot on Joe, I was thinking the same but didn’t post it.

..how many of us who moved out of the city still regard where we were brought up as ’home’? How many when asked where they’re from (by those who can’t ’read’ the accent) reply Liverpool, rather tham Skem, Winsford, Runcorn, Stockton Heath, Canvey, Pimlico etc

Rule 1 Steve Mc’s always right.

Rule 2 if it was found that Steve Mc should be wrong.

Rule 1 will apply.

It must boost his ego to talk for 40000 people.

That is actually true Bill only speaks when we are on a high. If you watch the last three season reviews we finished 4th, 11th and 6th. Bill only speaks on the seasons we came 4th and 6th.

Nice one Chris, another great contribution to the debate. If you can’t think of something a bit more intelligent then don’t bother.
