You too can post a question to the main man. Apparently questions and answers will be posted in the Werder Bremen programme. [Link]

For your information, I wrote:

'We are told that the club is in good financial order, and any perceived debt from the Kirkby project is to be covered by naming rights and the sale of Goodison Park. Despite all the money being received from both the TV deal with Sky and our Premier League finish last year, we appear to have a very tight budget for transfers. The club often cites the inflated market as a reason for the lack of influx into one of the smallest first team squads in the Premiership, this with a UEFA cup campaign on the horizon. Where has all the money gone?'

Somehow I doubt he'll answer mine, preferring a 'What colour are the seats going to be?' kind of question.

The clue is, I think, in the title - ’Ask your stadium questions’.

You can hardly moan about not getting you question answered if it’s not about the actual subject in question.

I’m sure you’ll give it your best shot, though.

Tom,I wrote with tongue in cheek.I bet you if you ask a negative question about the stadium,it won’t get printed in the programme. It will be all the pro-Kirkby fans questions that get in.And I am being cynical.

I’d happily ask this question:
’Should the forthcoming vote be against moving, and as you have repeatedly now said that we will not move if that is the case, will you and the Board continue looking for alternative sites to Goodison Park in the Merseyside area? If the answer is Yes, then why have you restricted yourselves and our choices so much by having this exclusivity period that has prevented any meaningful alternatives being discussed?’

By the way, I’m off on holiday to Italy soon so I’ll stop chucking my opinions onto this site then - I promise! :) I’m sick of posting on this subject, but it makes me wild to think we are being taken for fools, or even worse our ’leaders’ are making a massive, irreversible error....

How about why he refused to answer Warren Bradley’s questions on the radio phone in or any from KEIOC, all of which are stadium related, carefully manipulated and staged doesn’t mean all the answers, life isn’t an easy ride but BK and KW would have you all think its smelling of roses.

Gavin,

Haven’t KEIOC met with both Kenwright and Wyness in recent weeks ?

Didn’t they ask their questions then ?

Brian,

No offence taken. I did assume your reply was tongue in cheek.

It was as subtle as a brick !

On a serious note, I did submit a question. I asked him to meet with the Liverpool Council to discuss the financial details in their proposals and the feasability of their proposed sites. I then asked for a comparison to be made public between the financial details of the Kirkby proposal and the Liverpool Council’s proposals.

Roy, he is the CEO of Everton. Just as any CEO he makes money by the company being successful and making money. This is the motivation for a person running a business, if the company does well, then my compensation goes up. You don’t make money by doing bad business.

Roy,

No, I haven’t been brainwashed. I just happen to think this is a good opportunity for the club to progress.

If you want to vote no, you are perfectly entitled to do so. Just make sure you do it for right reasons. I will vote yes in the same vein.
