Investment from Chang?

In the BBC football gossip column on Monday 23rd under 'And Finally', it was reported that American businessman Willy/ Chang was looking to invest in an English Premiership club. This guy apparently part owns a big American Football team, and a Baseball team I think it was.

Surely BK and Bully can see the investment potential here, and they should get Sly and Mr Hard Rock Cafe on to this right away, especially as the boys are in the States at the moment.

We even have the guys' name printed on our shirts already which is sure to impress someone with a US sized ego.

If the Kirkby development goes ahead, and is going to cost us little overall, BK part selling his shares might just provide the necessary funds for us to go for the Manny's, Appiahs et al which would pretty much guarantee us challenging up there, and playing to full Blue houses.

This would be an ideal opportunity for Bill to sell off only part of his train set, but keep control of the signal boxes and points.

I appreciate that some people think the foreign investment wheels will come off at some stage, but if we only sell aprtial shares, whilst remaining in control, our destiny will still be by and large within our own hands.

Anyone else up for a Chang Bud ????
