What was the show stopper in the Kings Dock project ? Is there any chance that we can start all over again with that project ? Could be a nice one if the fans says "no" to Kirkby.

The show-stopper for Everton was the club's inability to come up with their share of the development costs, believed to be £30m. The project has since continued without us with a smaller arena being built on the waterfront site.
