Cup runs and League

I don't know how popular this suggestion might be but here it is anyway...
Seen as how the domestic cups are are mostly won by the big 4 why don't we field all the youngsters for these games. Right from the start, give the younger members of the squad a chance to prove their potential or at the very least expose them to real compitition. It worked well for Man Utd when they were on the rise. Ok, you had Becks, the Nevilles, Scholes and Butt. They also had other players who showed promise and moved for a decent fee.
It would be good to win the FA cup but in since us in '95 it's been dominated by 4 clubs. With a small squad and the Uefa this season it's going to be tough on the 'regulars' so why not see if any of our academy boys are ready to make a step up. We won't really know until we give them a chance.

I think it would be more beneficial to our youngsters and fringe players to be playing in the same side as our best players.
Maybe the FA should impose a 6 first teamer policy (bit like the old foreigner rule)where each team has to field regular first teamers based on previous appearences. That way you wouldnt get the likes of Arsenal and Man Utd fielding weakened sides.
