Being Sold?

In an article in the latest Observer Sports Monthly concerning the sale of Premier League Clubs to foreign investors there was a comment that Everton were exepected to be sold within the next year. This is news to me. Does anyone have any information or was it merely a journalists throw away line?

It is probably just a guess,and that they think by that time we will be the only premier league club left that hasnt recently been bought out! At the end of the day tho,its BKs club and if he dont want to sell then thats up to him!

I saw this too and can only guess that they have jumped to the conclusion that Robert Earl joining the board signifies that Everton will be taken over soon

Having read the article in full it seems that if we don’t get taken over and bankrolled we’ll be in the shit soon enough, unable to compete with the likes of Citeh, West Ham & Villa

Can’t tell you my source but we have been deep in negotiations for weeks now. We are selling up thank god to someone who can put us back to where we belong!!!
