I have been informed that Alan Smith is staying in the Marriot in Town for the week while he completes his swith to us.
My friend is a DJ and was DJ'ing at Jermaine Pennants party on Sunday night and Alan Smith was there. My friend asked him was he was down these ways and he told him that after 3pm today, he will be an Everton player.
I have made my friend swear on everyone's life under the sun, that he's not winding me up. He assured me 100% that he is telling the truth and he has heard it from the horses mouth. Check the website after 3pm!!!
He also told me that Beattie will be leaving and it's agreed!!! COYB!!!!

I’ve just been to the Marriot hotel and have confirmed with the breakfasting staff that some youngish guy with spiky bleach blonde hair is indeed staying for the full week and has requested a full English each day. Hope this clears matters up

Al was back in the country early Sunday and was expected to speak to Moyes before the weekend was out so I believe that something is in the offing. However I also have heard from reliable sources that he’s willing to chew over other offers before making a firm decision on Everton by the end of the week. Given that its now 7.30pm and no movement, I think this saga is going to drag on for a little longer. By the way Al hasn’t got totally bleached spiky hair anymore its a more natural brown colour with spiked highlights so he’s less easy to spot than in the Leeds glory days
