Are we a joke?

From a Fantasy League website.. I hate being a joke.
BUDGET: £15 MILLION
Everton seem to have £4 million to spend this summer. Preston wanted £6 million for David Nugent, Everton reportedly offered just four, no deal. Man United wanted £6 million for Alan Smith, Everton offered just four, no deal. Wigan wanted £6 million for Leighton Baines, Everton, yep, they offered just four. The situation with Baines seems a little unique though as the Goodison Park outfit seem to have accepted that they might have to bid a little more and are now at least negotiating. The strange thing about all this is that David Moyes seems to think that James Beattie is worth £4 million, as that's what they asked Sheffield United to pay when they inquired about him.
