The Mail Bag

Lucho and his amazing technical ability

I know, I know..Its only hearsay at the moment, but if we get this fella, we're in for a treat. He's the complete package. I've just watched some of his highlights on Youtube and believe me, we havent had a fella like this since Inchey! What a goal scorer!! I know I'm getting a wee bit carried away, but hey, when have we been given anything exciting to crave this close season? I'm sick to death of the Stadium debate and just want it sorted out either way. Gonzalez would bring our boys a touch of class and verve, and a level of experience that Fernandes didn't have....Oh please, God, let this one go through!?

Its not going to happen

He turned down Valencia the other day because he wants to go to Real Madrid, do you really think a bid from the mighty Everton is gonna change his mind !

Other clubs bidding for him include Juventus and Lyon, to think he would join us is absolutley hilarious.

If we sign this guy I will be beside myself with joy and worship at BK’s feet as well as running around the garden with my undergarments on my head.

Why worry about juv and lyon.
Do you forget where in the premier league. (the show case of talent)
Why wouldn’t we have a chance of signing talented players.

We have a solid first team, european football, alot of internationals.

people will have to take notice of us at some point and some evertonians need to realise we are good enough for these players

But i do agree Kenwright out

Walton boy.The big difference’s between the teams you mentioned and us.They are both better teams than us,and would be playing champions league football almost every year.We can’t offer that.
