I have never been Moyes biggest fan. But, I think the majority of us have lost someone we loved. So, Davey if you do read this site, I would just like to offer my condolences to you and your family.

I am a fan of Moyes, I think he’s done a great job for us and I’d like to add my voice to that sentiment. We’re with you Davey.

I agree. I can’t imagine how tough it must be to have to get back to ’work as normal’. Being in the public eye with an important job and the season just round the corner can’t be easy at times like this.
Cheers, Dunc

Whether you’re a fan of the man’s tactics or not is irrlevant for now. The death of a family member is tragic.
My thoughts go out to Mr Moyes and his family

I hope to God Moyesie doesn’t read this site - it’s full of moaners who forget what things have been like for the last 18 years.
We have a fine young side, built steadily by Moyes. Why on earth would Arteta and Cahill have committed themselves to us for 5 years if they were not convinced about the future.
I read all the postbag at the weekend and got myself thoroughly depressed at the unbelievable negativity - keep it up and it’ll spread to the team.
Or would you rather be owned by a couple of dickhead billionnaires who know nothing about football?

Money talks, you cant argue with that. One billionaire would do nicely, why would you want 2? ; )

Kenwright doesn’t write plays. He promotes them.

Shows what I know! Maybe he should try his hand at it and start making some real cash and pass it Evertons way! :)

Come on Guys, why do some of you twist a valuable sentiment into chat about football. Football is maybe our life, but this thread was about someone losing their life.
Regardless of football issues, and totally independent of the same, I feel for David Moyes and his family at this time and offer my heartfelt condolences.
