Cant we all just get along?

Apparently there's a game of Premier League football going on in between the stadium debate at 3pm on Saturday. Can I make a few suggestions to yes and no?s for the weekend?

If you intend to vote no and are actively campaigning outside the ground, if some one says Yes to Kirkby ,simply ask them to take a leaflet, don?t call them nobheads etc. they have expressed an opposing view; shut up and move on to the next person.

If you?re a Yesser and are confronted by a Noer, don?t engage; simply take a leaflet and move on, appreciate the passion of some ordinary blues but you have no need to defend your position. aturday should be about the match its up to us to make sure it stays that way. See you there.

This goes toward a real concern that I have for this season. I worry that the division over this issue and the off field activity will have an adverse effect on the on field performances. I hope that the singing and the chanting is about the team and the players, not anti-Kirkby and all this. Like it or not, many Evertonians are from Kirkby and some of the words used for the "No" arguement are quite offensive and could cause some problems amongst the fans.

In a perfect world this would happen.

But then you have loony’s like Tony Marsh.

You know the guy who says people who vote for Kirkby aren’t real supporters.
