The Mail Bag

Pienaar

Comments (7)

So is Pienaar eligable to play for Everton yet or what? He was supposed to have an answer last Friday so that he could play against Crystal Palace last Saturday, then it got delayed till the next day, and we've heard nothing since. Another prime example of the club telling you f**k all.

You must’ve missed it, he is cleared to play, visa sorted, work permit sorted = sorted.

Ask yourself this, why do you demand the club give you this information? Whats it got to do with you if Pienaar’s papers are in order?

My view is that its an Everton management issue, not something the fans should concern themselves with.

Are Pienaar’s papers in order? Let David Moyes worry about it.

What are you talking about? I asked a question because I didn’t know the answer, I just wanted to know what players we have in our squad. It’s got to do with me because I am an Evertonian and I like to know whats going on with my club, where would football be without the fans?

Its the fans job to support the team not worry about a players paperwork. To my way of thinking thats something for Moyes to worry about. Just seems odd that your so cross because the club hasn’t released a statement concerning the status of Pienaar’s permits.

Have you thought that maybe Moyes doesn’t want it known if Pienaar is available to play on Saterday.

Not knowing if Pienaar is going to play or not is a big advantage over the Wigan manager.

Right now the Wigan manager is debating his starting line-up wondering the same thing as you, is Pienaar going to play.

Seems crazy to spoil that advantage just to keep the Everton fans informed on paperwork issues.

Dutch, why have the club got an official website then?I thought the idea of a website was for, amongst other things,to keep fans up to date with what is going on at the club?
