Ballot and new signings

Just wanted to add that my brother and I received ballot papers yesterday having not been a Evertonia members for any of last season as we did not renew from 05/06. Surely this is going out to more than 35,000 people?

Also can anyone shed any light on where the Fernandes/Yakubu rumour first emerged from, was it just tabloid talk from the Daily Mail trying to double guess what may be going on? Or is there some substance behind the link?

I would feel a lot happier indeed with those two on board, In fact I'd go as far to say I think our first 11 (I stress first 11) would be on par with if not better than the red s***e.

It's been a long hot week at work already, I could do with some good news!!

If a story hits the Echo, particularly with David Prentice's name next to it, there's usually more to it than merely adding noise to an already baseless rumour. Whether the bids themselves are actually concrete, time will tell.
