Old news at this stage - perhaps new to some though. A fuller transcript, if you're prepared for a long read, can be found here.

I might have got it wrong, but I don’t think Wyness has done much- if anything- wrong. The stuff I’ve read is awkwardly phrased but I think Wyness did pretty well as he was told and it just so happened that he was in the middle of a bad situation. Could have got it completely wrong, but as far as I can see he’s in the clear and he’s not corrupt as some people have suggested!

Tom I’m no laywer. But,after reading it through,KW doesn’t come out of it too good.He told mr Zhu porkies. And if you read on,it says mr Zhu commenced with proceedings against SOCOG,TOC and Mr Wyness but he settled with Mr Wyness. Why would an innocent man settle up?

Wyness is the devil and he eats cute little puppies for his tea every night, allegedly. He also leaves the seat up after taking a leak and sometimes leaves his mug in the sink without washing it.

This is getting really, really tiresome now lads.

Please stop it.

Why should it stop Tom?At the end of the day we have to trust this man. Also,is it okay for everyone to slate KEIOC and LCC to death. But no-one is allowed to criticise Wyness?

here is what happened in nutshell:
ZHU was allocated 2,000 olympic games tickets to sell to chinese business interests, he appeared to have taken 10,000 instead and was confronted by KW who told him he would report it to the AOC (Australian Olympic Committee). ZHU left the country and KW told the AOC, who launched an investigation. The tickets mysteriously reappeared back in sydney, and Zhu launched a claim against the AOC and KW for defamation, which was later settled out of court.
So you see, all you KEIOC character-assassins out there, if KW is guilty of anything its of being too honest. Leave the man alone, he is the best CEO Everton have had in years.

Alan,

It should stop because it’s tedious and unnecessary. It’s not about Keith Wyness, it’s about Everton Football Club.

Read toffee rapper’s reply and then pull your foot out of your mouth.

Ill-informed character assassinations have no place in this debate.

No-one allowed to criticise Wyness ? Yes, of course they are, if it’s justified. It isn’t. So fucking pack it in.
