Buying tickets from Everton

Comments (7)

I live in London and try to go to as many games in the Capital as possible. I am not a season ticket holder so have to wait for general sale. So when when are Everton putting tickets on general sale for the Spurs game? Monday at Park End box office the day before the game. Yes, I have faxed Everton a request for a ticket should they go on general sale. The last time I did that though the first I knew I had a ticket was when I received my credit card statement some weeks after the game. What chance a courtesy call this time. I will ring up on Monday and no doubt have to listen to the message about the Crystal Palace match again that they still have on their recording before I speak to someone. What's wrong with Everton ? don't they want our support? Oh silly question, of course not, that's why they are frigging off to Kirkby.

I share your frustration. How can we get a ticket delivered if we can only buy the day before the game? If you have any ideas please share.

mike while I understand your frustration at your ticketing situation I don’t quite understand what the move to Kirkby has to do with it.

Barry, you must know that Kirkby is the fault of everything.

Can’t get tickets? Must be Kirkby’s fault.

On the official site yesterday it said there had been a fire at the BT exchange that services Goodison Park, which meant they had comms problems that were beyond their control. Seems to me your gripe is with BT not EFC.

Allan a fire at a T exchange would only interrupt comms (telephony and possibly WAN data if they use an MPLS cloud) the voice recording would reside on the club’s hardware unless KW has outsourced that too but even if they have then a BT fault will have nothing whatsoever to do with a recorded message.

I think the point Mike is quite rightly trying to put is that the club don’t appear to be able to get "bread and butter" issues such as selling supporters tickets, not rocket science, but given any platform statements about the stadium move, stadium vote and all things stadium are available

If you live in London , I am surprised you have not joined ESCLA (Everton Supporters Club London Area) It’s the best value for 18 quid I have forked out for every season for the 20 years I’ve been living in London. You should not face this problem again/ or have to rely on box office open sales
