Ten Evertonian Wishes
Comments (5)
- EFC win some silverware (any of the domestic cups will do if not the Uefa Cup).
- EFC batter someone with 5+ goals. Possible candidates are Derby, Fulham, Man City, Boro ...... or Wigan today.
- EFC break into top four again, forcing bitter Rafa Beneathus to blame underinvestment in his team-building plans.
- EFC do the double over Liverpool; sulking Scandinavians and Cornishmen protest by throwing missiles onto the Anfield pitch. A LFC spokesman says, "they weren't real LFC fans" (ie, it was someone else's fault - again).
- An EFC striker scores 20+ goals but turns down an England call-up as "EFC is my priority".
- The half-time hit-the-cross-bar competition is scrapped and replaced by the Goodison Cheerleader Girls (they were class).
- The Health and safety at Work Act forces EFC officials to turn the volume down on the PA loudspeakers.
- David Moyes wins Manager Of the Year (again) forcing a bitter Red Rafa to claim, "anyone can win that with the finiancial backing he has received".
- Tim Cahill and James Vaughan come back stronger than ever.
- Big-spending upstarts like Man City, Newcastle, Pompey and West Ham are put in their place by Moyes's Boys with last minute substitute-inspired home and away Everton victories.

I’d take all of those!! But I would add one. Manny Fernandes partners Arteta and Cahill in the midfield, with the three combining for 30+ goals.
