Problems with new season ticket

Well thank God the season has started and on top of that we have 3 points in the bag.

But did anyone else have any problems getting in the ground with the new season ticket? Mine didn't allow me access and I had to be let in manually by the guy at the turnstile. I have spoken to Everton and they have said there were problems with the electronic turnstiles. Not very professional at the curtain raiser of the new season. Just wondering how many others have been affected.

I didnt have trouble getting in I wouldnt say but it does look like at the moment that the scanners need a few seconds at least between scans,I had to hold mine for about 3 seconds before it recognised it and let me in! These things can easily be ironed out tho,now that they have had a good test!

I believe the issue has been ironed out by Everton now, but at one stage they were asking me to go to the Box Office to get it sorted out. Not great considering it was 2.45 and i go on the Main Stand. Fingers crossed all will be well when we take on Blackburn.

Yeah there was definitely issues - there was a queue at stile 37-38 Gladys St end for a while. Not overly long though. If i had have gotten there a little earlier it wouldn’t have been an issue at all but thanks to Easyjet(punctual as ever-not)i missed the first 5 mins or so.

I had the same problem getting in on my season ticket also and they asked me to go to the box office before the game at 2.15pm, I didnt..To be perfectly honest about I think the whole season ticket is a complete disgrace this season..There is no bar code as there was last year.As soon as I saw it I thought to myself’how am I going to get in with that?’ I also waited until August 8 to recieve it and if you want to be really petty and picky the design is bloody shite..Where is the colour and there clearer writing?. Shocking considering they had all summer to sort this out.
