The Mail Bag

Delay in Fernandes, Yakubu signings.

I am starting to think that our two biggest signings of the summer, Fernandes and Yakubu, are dependent on the result of the ground move ballot tomorrow. Have we been given a sum of money to spend from an outside source who will only hand over the money if we move to Kirkby. I suppose if the answer is in favour of a move then both deals will go through tomorrow. If the answer is against Kirkby then we may be hearing of a failed medical or two.

talk like this is starting to do my head in. if anyone is or rather has based their decision on a vote which may affect the next 100 years of our club, on one pre seasons transfer business, then they need to have a look at themselves.
