Beattie for England

I had to laugh when I read this story just now ? 'Beattie hopeful of England call-up'.
It seems he is hopeful for playing for England if he scores regularly for Sheffield Utd. I think there is more chance of Steven Gerrard putting on a royal blue shirt next season.

To be fair, I think Beattie may well get a game under McClaren in the next year.
When they are both at Hull City...

He should just go play in MLS, he’d be a superstar there.
