Who should be playing...

I'm in agreement with everyone of how bad Tony Hibbert is, and the lad just shouldn't be in the team, to be polite, he is shite. But I think a player who gets away with a lot is Phil Neville. I'm sick and tired of his woeful passing and stupid rash tackles, often giving free kicks away in needless and dangerous situations. If I had my way, he wouldn't be in the team. But if he has to play, then the only place for him has to be right back. He is not a centre-midfielder, but at least at right-back he is better than hibbert. Please don't play him centre-mid again!
Phil Jagielka was a breath of fresh air in that position when he came on, he reminded me of Hammann when he was at Liverpool. He kept the game ticking, strong in the tackle, good passing, much taller and imposed himself. He could make that position his own and let the likes of Fernandes play their game. We are just too reliant on Arteta, if he doesn't create, no-one else does. Osman has had his two games for the season, I think we are crying out for a left-midfielder in the Pedersen mould (that fella has got a cracking left foot).
So for me that back four that finished yesterday should be the back four for good. Baines will be a classy addition. A midfield of Arteta, Fernandes and Jags, and a left-midfielder (Osman at moment), possible diamond when Tim Cahill is back. Front two of AJ and The Yak, as AJ desperately needs a goal and some service, and another presence to get him going.
With 4 games gone, I'd say it's satisfactory, but still a lot of work to be done, and still some homework to be done by Moyes.
