Shithouse Fernandes, Bungling Bill

Have to say, shithouse Fernandes first of all. To try and say 'well I was here one minute and signing for Valencia the next' is just an insult to anybody's intelligence. Add to the fact that the guy was signing kid's football shirts on a particularly poignant weekend and you obviously have a first rate money grubbing twat lacking in any moral fibre
Having said all of this, the board have had an eternity to get this wrapped up and even in spite of the FA's intervention could have put together a pre-contractual agreement to prevent this gazumping. Smacks of limited business acumen and so obvious that Tesco Terry wasn't able to assist with this one. I'll no doubt have soft twats replying to me with 'well if you could do better why don't you be a chairman?'.
Time for a vote of no confidence in this chairman and the board. The majority of Everton fans are not stupid or gullible muppets and I fully expect that Blue Bill and Bully Beef are in for a rough ride now — good, let's hope they do one as everyone can see through the farce that this Kirkby deal is too. Ten thousand people chose not to vote on this and that says it all to me. Time for all supporters to unite now and bring about a change in the custodians of this club before it's all too late

The fact remains that the club have been discussing this with the EPL for 3 weeks, they said so, and yet they have to work through the night on Thursday to agree the correct action with the EPL and again on Friday to sort out the third party purchase before finally 'losing' Manny on Saturday night.
Strange that the EPL, having gone through the Tevez affair with Man Utd, were unable for three weeks to tell EFC how this needed to be handled. The deal should have been done and dusted before Valencia came anywhere near or were the club trying a little brinkmanship to get a better deal and leaving it late knowing that Manny was unlikely to play for Benfica again? I haven't heard the club blame EPL for three weeks of inactivity and lack of advice so why did everything, according to the club, happen over the last few days?.
Whatever you think of Manny the question should be asked as to how 'we' allowed this situation to arise.

The EPL would not have allowed this which is why, (and this should be glaringly obvious)Fernandes,s handlers were in Spain negotiating with Valencia
while he himself was at Goodison lying through his teeth, signing shirts with his name on them and generally being the kind of dishonest and immoral person I personally don,t want at EFC.
All the rantings about sacking the board and the CEO and getting the chairman out don,t apply in this case or any other for that matter.Bill Kenwright couldn,t sell up if he put the club on ebay. The truth of the matter is that nobody wants us while we,re in a landlocked outdated stadium plonked in the middle of streets full of dog shite.I,m sure that if there was an approach from anyone with the right credentials, money and love for the club that BK would sell and step aside.Until then I,m quite happy to see the club in the hands of someone who has it,s best interests at heart and whos prime motive isn,t profit.
