Blues on TV

Comments (15)

TW has a piece on tonight's match being available on the EFC website for a fee. It might be slightly easier (and cheaper) to catch the game on channel 5, even if it means putting up with John Barnes's special brand of 'commentry'.

Yes, Michael's wording (now amended) should have focused more on international fans, I suppose. The EvertonTV feed will be the only way folks outside of Sweden, Poland and the UK can watch the match.

As an ex-pat based in China, I’m hoping that the feed on Everton TV will be OK, though I won’t hold my breath. Is it just me or does it actually ever work?

Is it me or do any other Mac users feel they are getting a raw deal with EvertonTV. I can’t find a way of making the screen any bigger and the streaming halts every thirty odd seconds, even on the highlights. (No, it’s not my broadband connection speed - which is super fast) Very f in annoying.

Agree all of your comments about problems for Mac users.

Mac users are treated like shit by Everton TV and its empoyees.

They lack the common courtesy to reply to correspondence.

The question is often asked in TW’s pages as to when our Blues will be restored to former glories.

In truth this is a club that is shrinking by the minute in terms of status and which is in the hands of incompetents.

Where the hell has that new owner got to ???

Buy us before there is nothing left to save !

I usually find toffee tv works just fine on my mac - did you try changing the download settings on your profile?

I?ll be watching from inside my work firewall today - which is something that didn?t work a year or so ago and I mailed them and they refunded my subscription fee - now it does work from inside the firewall.

David,

How do you go about doing that? I’m stranded out in Russia, Mac and dodgy broadband connection all ready.

Thanks

working on my Mac now, counting down the hours to the game.

being in singapore, i signed up for toffee tv months ago just to watch the friendlies. don’t even know where to start with the problems of trying to get a consistent working feed.

and for rights reasons, we can’t get english premiership matches through the service, so i am praying bloody hard - that the match streaming will not be unavailable to friggin singapore!

2-0 to us, Yak and Johnson on the scoresheet!

Can’t find anywhere for free online. Not worth hassle of signing up to pay-per-views online as have gotten screwed in the past and not worth hassle. I can watch any other game in the uefa cup except everton game. Does anyone know why this is. Is five blocking it?

In a strange way it is reassuring to know that I am not alone to rue paying for less than useless Everton TV. On my computer its sound and vision come in 20 second bursts and is no better on the wifes super duper PC.
