I subscribe to Everton TV and was looking forward to the Metalist game live. Sorry but you live in the UK or Ireland where the game will not be shown was the reply. Last time I checked I live in Australia. I thought an e-mail would sort it before kick off. Guess what? Two days after game, nothing.

Don't Everton give a fuck about any fans? I constantly read on here about the trouble you guys have with tickets etc. so you don't count either. It's only a small investment but I thought every little bit helps.

Anyway, shit result good comments from some. Only a win v Villa will help with the pain. No blaming Refs,injuries, reds, Uefa, bad karma, if only this, if only that... JUST WIN FOR FUCK'S SAKE.

I am not surprised at all from the lack of response from the club about your Everton TV problem. I was charged "by mistake" TWICE for my season ticket last year. When I (having noticed it purely incidentally) informed the club by email, no response until I sent around 5 emails with more and more urgency. When they finally did reply, they made it seem like it was my fault, that I should be checking my credit card. And was there an apology? Not on your nelly.
I am not big on putting down the way this club is run as a business but I truly do believe that the club has a very poor customer service for the fans, and it seems the club also doesn’t really care to listen.

Andrew, I know how you feel, I have relatives down under, so It, get first hand by phone.
Problems arise year after year from
those who run the club.
They without doubt DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF OUR MOTTO.
Incompetence seems to be the norm.

I also subscribe to Everton TV.
And when I got an e-mail offering this year at last years price I tried to sign up again.
But I found it to be an automatic renewal system.
So I was stumped to find I had been charged the new price of 40 quid instead of 35.
I e-mailed the club to ask if the extra charge was a reward for being a returning customer??
I got back a curt e-mail saying we have credited your card five quid.
No apology or explanation.

Only the best for the Peoples club.

I managed to get logged on and subscribed from a hotel resort while staying in Muscat, Oman within 5 minutes of KO; the hotel offers full broadband to each room.

The game however was constantly interrupted by stops and attempts to buffer the signal to my laptop; after an hour I only had consistent voice over from John Barnes and a splitting headache. Not sure if you can blame the poor coverage on EFC as I would say the so called Hotel Broadband was probably to blame. Better than nothing I suppose!

Why pay go to http://myp2p.eu/ and watch for free download sopcast and we are on Live on Sunday just checked the listings. Quality is pretty good

I know I keep going on about it, but tried to log on to Evertontv today through Safari and the whole web page is jumbled up and the links are not working. Any other mac users having the same problem?

I live in Crewe about 30 miles from Goodison and I watched the match on EvertonTV (my channel 5 doesn’t work).

So the PR people are lying saying the UK audience couldn’t see it

I know how you feel. I emailed EFC 2 days before the game to ask a question about bandwidth, which I needed answered before I made the decision to subscribe to EvertonTV. Guess what, no reply to date.

The service on Everton TV has been a disgrace since I started with it last year.

I am still waiting for a reply about my £5 and also a reply to my question about changes they are supposed to be making to enhance Mac usage.

If I got that kind of service in a restaurant , I would vote with my feet and never go back.

OK ...this is not a whine...............I accept that I am a fool to continue to follow this woeful football club with its pathetic Everton TV service.

Next season I will vote with my feet and try to wean myself away from this shambles - no more Everton TV after this season.

I urge anybody considering taking up this service to keep their money in their pocket.

Why give it to Everton FC when you just know they will only waste it.

Proof............Thursday’s trash display came from the most expensive squad EFC has ever had and the highest paid coaching staff in our long history.

Who is kidding who ?????????????????

Because I got a email telling me that they where taking my subscription out instead of asking if I wanted I emailed them stating dont take the money which they didn’t then a week later I thought I would give it another go so I tried to renew and was told to late so fair enough I would have to join again fills the form in then got a message a member already has this user name and Email after seven attempts I gave up so £40 has been lost by the club not a lot I know But every little helps these guys should not be allowed out on their own

I subscribed last year n renewed this yr...then I got an email saying i shd renew so i told them i already had. they checked their records n said no i hadn’t n if i did not pay again i’d be cut off. I did not not pay again but i aint been cut off. they r frickin useless! PS. prior to that i had sum technical probs with it, so i asked for their help...they tried for a bit and then just gave up and said why don’t you just cancel and offerred me a refund (good biz for the club that...not!!) I worked it out meself in the end tho....too many boneheads involved methinks!
