What does Neville have to do to be dropped? Just heard the team news:

Wessels, Baines, Lescott, Yobo, Hibbert (!!), Pienaar, Neville, Jagielka, Osman, Anichebe, Johnson.

Subs: Ruddy, Valente, Carsley, McFadden, Yakubu. ,P. He gets his place ahead of Carsley, our most consistent player. FFS whats going on?

I don’t understand this single obsession with getting Neville out of the team. I agree he needs to come out of the midfield, I think virtually every match watching supporter has that view, but he should be in the side - at right back. Incidentally, looking at the line up today, my pre-season optimism is definitely receding fast.

Watching the game on the internet. Poor display again so far. 35 minutes in and no effort on goal as yet. Defensively doing ok, but no creation in midfield. Vic and AJ doing their best but with little support its going to be a loooong hour to go. COYB.

We are woeful. 60 mins gone 2-0 down with no hope of getting back into the game due to lack of any creativity. To be fair we ll be mid table after this result have we come on at all under the dour scotsman ? Me thinks not. Remember he s had over £20million to spent this summer and we are still playing the same shite brand of football. This coupled with the debacle in midweek against a pub side must surely make people take notice.

Fuck me we are shit. Couldn’t score in a brothel. Yak and Jimmy Mac are on for AJ and Vic, but the problem lies with the lack of creativity in the centre of the park. Plenty of possesion but going sideways and backwards. What a shocking week!!!

Without Arteta, we are an ordinary prem mid table side, that is a FACT!

I said at the beginning of the season I will give Moyes now the chance to kick us on, he has had nearly six years now and to be fair has improved us alot, but I have this feeling this is as far as he can take us.

It is the same story every season, what the fuck is Hibbert doing on the pitch, he is crap and if we must play then it should be right back.

If we are out of the uefa and the domestic cups early then I am sorry but Moyes has to go, the very best of luck to him sincerely but he has to go, because this is as good as it gets.

P.S. I think Yakubu is looking like a waste of money at that price!!!

Totally pissed off!!!

I assume Vidarsson and Anderson de Silva are not good enough to play in central midfield in the absence of Cahill and Graveson.
If they are good enough then play them; if not, get them off the payroll and find replacements (pronto).

Anderson is loaned out, at burnley i think. Apparently doing really well, and about time Vidarsson got a go in the team, With the players we have out, you would think it would be a good chance to blood him.

Somehow we haven't worked out that playing 50 yard punts up the field to Anichebe and Johnson is not going to work against Knight and Lausen.

Villa looking very comfortable. Starting to get more worried....

David dose this mean the report in today’s paper about giving him a longer contract is not good reading like you I have had it now Neville and Hibbit are a disgrace to the club as a premier club every player should be able to make a simple pass,these two could not pass 5 yards to another player
