The Mail Bag
e-Ticketing Fiasco
Comments (6)
Has anyone else received an email outlining the new and "improved" e-ticketing website?
I tried to purchase a ticket for the derby and being an Evertonia member this should have been possible. However, even though it recognises me as a member when I come to pay it says I'm not. Any one else having the same problem?
Another fine example of EFC doing their best for the customer. How many times to we have to put up with this?
And before anyone suggests phoning the box office ? I'm not even going down the route of being told I'm at position one in the queue for nearly an hour!

I phoned up the hotline to get a ticket and I was answered straight away by an agent. Had my ticket in a matter of minutes....

After rejecting the attempted purchase from all parts of the ground, I tried to buy one only.
Then I was told I was not a member, but I could join for £35.00 I think.
I sent them a fax from work in the end, but no confirmation ever comes, so I will just have to hope that it was successful, and the tickets will arrive, preferably before the match.
My applications for Evertonia were sent off months ago, and a nonsensical letter, and the E-ticketing E Mail I recieved this morning are the sum total of correspondence.
It’s mid October now for christs’ sake. Just how inept are the admin at Everton ????

Won’t hold my breath for a response to my ’feedback’, never had one in the past.

I think George, Zippy and Bungle must be in charge of ticketing arrangements at Everton.
