Lucky Everton?

"Fernando Torres could be a doubt for Liverpool's upcoming derby match against Everton after tearing a muscle while on international duty with Spain. The 23-year-old pulled up in training ahead of the Euro 2008 qualifier versus Denmark and was immediately ruled out of action for eight to 10 days."

Is this a continuation of the good luck being discussed recently on Toffeeweb? COYB.

Crouch is suspended for this game, however Everton appealed against this decision and it has been overturned so he can now play

I’m glad to hear that Torres is out of the derby. However, I won’t be glad when I hear the constant moadning from Benitez about him getting injured whilst with Spain.

Sit back and enjoy yourself mate ......the golden era of LUCKY EVERTON has arrived..............we will be positively annointed next Saturday and three points are in the bag.

Don’t get nervous if we look like crap ...........might be an own goal , might be a pen that never was...but we’ll get that goal and our post and crossbar will keep them out.

We have got Cahill and Johnson out - our two top scorers from last season. THEY are lucky.

I want to play against the best team they have that way they have no excuses when we win.although all the r/s by me where bragging not long back about having two teams now unlike poor old us.

Slightly off the point here but has anybody seen todays newspapers ? Allegedly AJ has had a difference of opinion with Moyes over his selection for the first team.
But worse is to come in that Chelski are looking at Arteta as a possible replacement should Lampard decide to leave.
I know it is all paper talk but.................

John you have just put me off my dinner the thought of Arteta and to a lesser extent AJ going would be a disaster but we would not sell our star players ,what do you mean Rooney
