Derby Disgrace

I also decided to email the Premier League. My letter:
Maybe the premier league would be kind enough to answer a few questions regarding the Merseyside derby on Saturday:
1. Why is it a player (Steven Gerrard) has the power to change a referee's decision?
2. When were the rules changed to allow a penalty to be given for a foul committed outside the penalty area?
3. When were the rules changed to allow a penalty to be given without a challenge being made, by a defender, on an opposing player?
4. When were referees told to be more lenient on career threatening challenges?
5. How can a referee and his linesmen all miss two blatant penalty decisions in the course of a game?
I don't hold out much hope of any of these questions being answered as Everton are not one of the 'big four', but maybe the premier league could take the time to think about something other than their bank balances and provide some real answers.
And finally..... will Mr Clattenburg receive any disciplinary action for the worst refereeing performance I have witnessed since Mr. Graham 3 yellow cards Poll in the World Cup? I doubt it..... but I always hope that justice will be done.
Come on the Blues!!!

The ’penalty’ that was a free kick. The 2 that never were and the Kuyt kung fu kick all, he agreed, should’ve been given the other way. On that basis, how can anyone say that these things were correct decisions?
It was pretty amazing, though sadly its not the first time, and certainly wont be the last time a team from the top 4 gets away with murder against a so called ’lesser’ team.
Have no doubt, this is nothing to do with Everton v The RS, its purely about the big guns getting special privileges.
I hold no grudge against the Spaniard, or Gerrard, that didn’t really make much difference in the end. The blame lays solely with the referee and those in charge.
Shocking.

But do you expect a reply. They don’t give a damm. Nothing will happen to Clattenburg. At worst. A ban for two game.
If i performed that badly in my job well i’d be out of one.

As mentioned the bastard in the black was a complete joke from start from to finish. I would like to know just what gerrard said in order for hibbert to be dismissed. Also carragher on lescott right at the death which would not have looked out of place in the WWE. The lkes of clatterbitch, riley, styles and poll are doing a more than adequate job in their respectives roles. Screw liverpool. Screw clatterbitch and his rogue bunch of bent officials. That which does not kill you makes you stronger. EFC 1878.

In fact the only bugger(s) to dive were Gerrard and then Clattenburg to his knees to give Gerrard one. Yellow or Red "what do you think steve?"
What a sham, in other codes the ref is demoted for performances like that.
