e-ticketing farce

Has anyone else had difficulties buying a ticket for Birmingham through the e-ticketing system?

I've tried every night this week but it keeps saying due to high volume the system is down.

I've sent emails to the club but I'm not expecting a response, their customer service is shockingly poor.

I had the same problems from sunday onwards, up until last night when they allowed me to purchase 2 tickets. Was getting a bit worried myself as your right the customer service is nill. I am travelling over from Rotterdam for the game and its doubly hard to get things done from the continent especially as you cant phone from abroad, even though thay say you can!!Good luck mate, sort it out EFC customer service/e-ticket, you dont put fans’ mind at rest if travelling from outside Liverpool. COME ON YOU BLUES FOR SATURDAY!!!
