The Mail Bag

Questions...but still no answers

Well done to the lads on last night. One would hope that three straight wins would help build confidence. We still appear so fragile at times, although, I believe that last night's job was made more difficult by the starting 11. That's a concern. I get the feeling that Moyes is getting 'personal' on the Neville/Hibbert/Jagielka issue. His judgement seems to not be based on events on the pitch...how can it be?

Tenacity and resoluteness are admirable qualities. They can soon however turn into stubborn denial....careful, Mr Moyes. I would like to see one of Jagielka/Neville start at right back... that's it.

Finally, just what is happening with Clattenberg? Is it now officially swept under the carpet?. Though not surprised, I am saddened at the fact that it would appear that EFC have provided the brush.

It's always the fans that truly miss out. A true modern day football scandal.

Be sure had it been a Utd V Arsenal clash Mr. Clattenberg was refereeing that day we would be still hearing about it. And yes i agreee i think Jags and neville should be ahead of hibbert for that right back spot as they both get forward better and have better ball distribution.

We’ve had three wins in a row before this season and they came in the same Europe, League, League Cup set of fixtures... didn’t do us much good!
