Hope I'm not getting ahead of myself...
Anyone else getting a nagging feeling that after recent events, that fate may hand us a quarter final match up with our cheating neighbours? Preferably at Goodison of course for obvious reasons.
You can imagine the tension in the Everton dressing room beforehand (with a fit Timmy, Gravesen and AJj available too) and in the stands that night. It would be incredible.
Moyesy wouldn't have to say a pre-match speech, would be simple enough - show them the Clattenberg game again and say "after that, you know what you have to do this time, just do it".
We'll be over at Goodison this Saturday for the Birmingham game, but I will be keeping an eye on the draw. But a home draw against Liverpool? What odds would you get on another Goodison Derby in light of recent events?
It would be one of the very very few occassions I'd be looking forward to playing them. We definitely owe the Spanish Waiter one good send off before he's chopped in the summer. One bad refereeing mistake and I reckon it would be all out war!!!
