Constructing a side with a style that fans enjoy to watch

I've recently come across this, in parts fascinating, series of interviews with David Moyes on the League Managers' website
I find it interesting to note the changes since he first arrived e.g. how he wanted to construct a side that fans will enjoy the style of football. Here's hoping we are now finally getting there 6 years on!
