Dunno if you've ever played around with 'mix & match' type software....looks like there's fairly limited imagination on the part of our future stadium builders. Check out the glass facade on the front another of our favourite grounds on this link... look familiar??

Celtics doesn’t look to bad which is holding the opening ceremony for the Commonwealth games, also one of there previous stadiums was designed by Archibald Leach as well.

Same prefabs over and over with different coloured seats, no aesthetic gems whatsoever, nothing iconic

Barry Celtics existing mainstand was designed by one of Leitch’s former draughtsmen..... and they haven’t moved anywhere if that is the parallel you are trying to make..

That’s why we’re not getting corners filled in, they were off architects school the day they did corners

Celtic and Fulham were only cosmetic jobs not new stadiums or is that stadia.
They have not done a single new stadium for a top class club.
In short we are building a championship level stadium.
Just go and look at Warrington Wolves ground on Tesco?s car park if you want to see how ours might look and even that is in the town centre not some dilapidated out of town location(no disrespect to Kirkby residents)

No Tom not at all I just thought it didn’t look to bad compared to the lump of concrete currently proposed for us.

Isn’t it strange that the £50m figure keeps popping up, a work colleague takes me to Ibrox whenever I am in Scotland and he loves telling me that Celtic refurbed their ground for about £52m where Rangers paid that for one stand! Like I said in another post the main stand at Ibrox still doesn’t offer anything better than GP toilet and concessions wise.
