Moyes to be charged over Clattenburg remarks
Comments (18)
1 month and nine days since openly criticising Mr Clotenbburg.. it would appear the FA finally taken notice..
Conveniently , the FA official who was present during DM',s post match conversation with the Referee has lost lost his memory and apparently "cant recall exactly what was said".
This of course has nothing to do with SAF also being charged over his remarks concerning the same hapless official..???

I, for one, think he should go in there armed with as much video support, mysterious evidence he referred to at the time, legal backup, etc, as possible and show up the RS Clattenberg for what he is.
With the FA in total disarray over the England?s ineptness, and the fat spanish waiter about to be sacked by his Texan ranch bosses - now is the time for a " small ", sensibly run, increasingly successful English club like ours to stand up in public and bring the whole G14, top-4 bias thing into full focus

I think there is a fundamental injustice that refs have no incentive to perform well because they know that if anyone speaks out against them it is they that will get punished. An issue that the FA needs to look at.
Bringing the game into disrepute - the FA are the only ones guilty of that!

Either way I think Moyes will be relishing to have his chance to put his point of view directly to the FA and see if they can justify Clattenburgs decision making in being influenced to send Hibbert off, failing to show Kuyt a red card for a two footed off the ground lunge, and failing to give a stonewall penalty in the last minute.

Somehow don't think it will happen though.

Why has the FA suddenly decided that now is the right time to bring Moyes in line? I suspect that Ferguson and his advisors have pointed to the words that Moyes said regarding Clattenburg and cried foul. Is this really the way for the FA to manage its own affairs? If they thought that there was not a grain of truth in the comments attributed to Moyes then they should have acted straight away and not waited for such a long time after to make such a stupid and untimely trumped-up charge.
I would like to ask the FA if any action has been taken against Clattenburg for improper conduct? I hope that Everton defend Moyes to the hilt on this one, show the FA video evidence of the game and defy the FA to defend the decisions that Clattenburg made. When they spurt the usual doctrine of you should never criticise a referee through the media no matter what the provocation. Moyes should ask them politely what course of action he has to take the next time a referee takes advice from Steven Gerrard on whether a player should be shown a yellow or red card in future!
The FA in the country are a complete joke, it is run by a bunch of morons, the same morons who appointed Steve Mcclaren as their ?first choice manager? after being turned down by Phil Scholari. God help the national team with this bunch of muppets in charge.

Also a bit ironic that he's hit with this 48 hours after Sir Alex had a pop at the same muppet and got sent to the stands! If it takes the codgers at the FA a month to bring a charge don't hold your breath for a new national team manager!

If this gets wiped under the carpet then it's telling the rest that the ref's are allowed to favour the Big 4.
Clattenberg is a cheat, end of, there's no debate on it, he's a red, he was on their recent summer tour. Davey, i beg you, just don't back down. Stand and fight your ground. Stand up for us and our good supporters who were cheated that day.
This better not be a whitewash. Hopefully Sir Alex's comments also shed some favourable light on our / Davey's cause.

The anti Everton bias can be so nakedly blatant at times.
Brian Barwick runs the FA, he’s an out and out Red, Rick Parry a former head honcho on the Premier League committee, it’s just sickening isn’t it?
What else can you say?

I remember thinking at the time that Moyes is being a bit risque but then we saw all the pundits and the writers in all the media backing him up, obviously the Fat Spanish Waiter didn’t yet he calls Lescott a cheat and not a pip out of the FA.
I honestly think that SIr Alex’s solicitors have turned around and said why can Moyes get away with it and I can’t, because let’s be honest he has a case but only in Battenberg’s ineptitude, both Evra and Davies should have been red carded but he shit out.
No surprise that the FA are run by a Red Shite is there.
Why has it taken over 5 weeks?
If I was Moyes I would be tooled up with a DVD of the game and every paper and every interview with the pundits on all the Footy shows completely proving he was justified in his comments..................and then accept the punishment, as the FA will never back down even though they are wrong and full of shithouses

"As Captain, I view refs in a different light. It?s handy to build a decent relationship with a ref, to get him on Liverpool?s side. I?m quite cynical about that. Its gamemanship. A right decision in the 90th minute may go my way if I?ve spent all the game being friendly to the ref. He?s only human.
An official like Poll or Clattenburg is likely to be more sympathetic if I work with them"
Fits our game to a "T" doesn?t it?

I suspect having lost the Bolton game that certainly helps one of Manure?s main rivals back into the title race, Fergie would do anything to suggest that the RS Clattenburg is biased. The best way to do that is to get a partner in crime like Moyes to back up his story.
He only cares about Manure and himself and he would seem far more justified in his actions with the derby game also up as evidence and fresh in the mind.
I?m sure he must have engineered Moyes now getting charged, although you have to say it is very strange that the FA didn?t do anything at the time as Moyes was clearly in breach.
They?ll prob both just get a fine or something.

How can Arry Redknapp be down the nick while a cheating Scumball like Clattenburg walks the streets............to date , at any rate a free man ?
Hopefully Fergie and Moyse can get their good strong case together and go for that cheating rat.
I suppose clattenburg's confession is too much to hope for.........yeah ?
Men with bias in their hearts should never be part of a football set-up worthy of the name so let us forget about demotion or suspension for Clattenburg.
He should be expelled from all levels of football for ever.
Without integrity a referee in any sport is nothing.....................................this man must be hounded out of football and the stink of his presence for even one more game will be just too much.
