Harry Redknapp

I wonder if this arrest will affect the Pompey team? Some of the better players might be wondering "Am I being investigated" and play crap... I honestly hope so!!! The only problem it could present is that it might galvanise the team in support of Harry...

I can?t stand Harry Redknapp can?t understand why the press And the gobshites at Sky love him? But i think he?ll get them players wound up tomorrow... I reckon it will be our toughest game of the season so far!

I agree with Robbie, if anything it could work against us, our lads will be afraid of ending up in cement overcoats if we win. Can?t help but wonder about the timing of all this though; FA sack McClown and ?Arry throws his hat in the ring, he?s the only genuine English candidate and has a lot of press support but it?s clear that the FA are cool on him, then suddenly the fraud story reappears and he?s arrested, that?s ?Arry sorted then.

We are good enough to beat this team if we put our minds to it. The fiasco this week won’t make any difference, I think we’ll win 2-0. Its the start of a major decline for Catnapp

I have just read the sports pages in the Portsmouth News. In the section which shows the views of the weekend opposition your web site claims that you fully expect 3 points as man for man your a better side than us. This may well be true but its typical of the arrogant attitude I have experienced from clubs like yourselves, Man City and Newcastle. Sure we spent many years below you but now we beging to show that we are a decent side. A bit of respect is all we ask.

Haha... very amusing, Lee. Our problem in the past has been that our manager shows far too much respect for other teams and their achievements. Last weekend that was not the case and we really hope Moyes has turned over a new leaf that starts with not giving too much (preferably no) respect to the opposition. We should have a good idea one way or the other about 24 hours from now...

Man for man the sides aren’t much different to last season and we absolutely hammered Portsmouth at the end of last season. I have no respect for a club that boasts a corrupt manager and a man covered in tattoos who wears a ’whacky’ hat and rings a bell.

It won’t make a difference.

If you’ve ever played, you’ll know once you step on the field you don’t think about anything else off the field.

Given the sad events of this week, I sincerely hope all Blues fans at today?s game will resist the temptation to give a lusty rendition of the Z cars theme tune as Mr Redknapp assumes his place in the dugout.

Clutching at straws if you ask me. If anything, it will galvanise their team.

I would take a draw from Fratton Park and be happy, but we are capable of winning this one.
