Howie's New Gig
Comments (4)
I just heard an interview with Howard Kendall on the Irish national radio station (RTE). Howard declared his interest in applying for Irish Manager's job. Peter Beardsley would be his number 2. Howie said that he would like to follow in the footsteps of Jack Charlton and felt he had all the necessary credentials to manage a national team.
As an Irishman my preference would be Howard over the current favourite El Tel.

Isin’t he the same one who took the Australia Position when it was vacant? If the case that Bermuda or St Kitts and Nevis needed a manager his name would invariably crop up. As an evertonian I dont think Howard is the right man for the job.
What about kevin sheedy?
What is he doing these days. Although born in Wales, a great servant to both everton and the eire team and he would be a more suitable choice.
