Have you noticed that Clattenberg has not been our referee for any of te last 12 games and we have not lost any of them? Is that coincidence or what?

i’m surprised his reffing at all

another disaster in the Wigan match with the Blackburn pen after the mess of the Fylde derby last week

If I was Moysey at his personal hearing I’d be asking how the hell Clattenburg can give a pen to Blackburn v Wigan for an absolute nothing challenge after turning down two blatant (ok one blatant, one probable) penalties for us v the shite.

While on the subject, can anyone shed any light on what "evidence" Moyse can use at his hearing eg video replays, gerrards book, the fact that he went on pre season with the shite.

Loved Nevilles post match comment to the BBC reporter about us always being shown last on MOTD! We may not have been tonight but they were pretty short highlights!!!

Just watching my TiVo’d Wigan/Blackburn match as I write. I wonder what the Rovers fans think of our pal the Clot after today? He’s just so dire. Not even Coca-Cola Championship quality.

About that match -- Marco Bent grabbed a hat trick?! Good on him! I’ll always love him for his contribution to the fourth-place season. Nice to see Kinedine still running around there, as well :)

I honestly can’t see Twattenburg paired with us again.

I agree with you all - It looks a bit like the Clap is the playground bully whose bluff has been called.

Reffing is hard, and unfortunately necessary. But some people start to believe their own publicity (dished out by the likes of R S Gerrard). Collina told our lads that he was the best ref in the world. He never reffed again.

I just watched the Wigan Blackburn game. If he could award the Blackburn penalty (not converted), then he should give us the penalty and send off that shite across the park

Just had another thought.... what chance him reffing our next game... away at OT?

Now that is 2 managers he haas upset - bound to be fair as he will try to appease both of them so it could be a 9-9 draw with 8 penalties apiece.

You usually get a ref only twice a season at the most.
So Clottenburg wouldn’t be due to ref us again for a while anyway I am sure he will again but it will be a low profile away game.

He sent off Brett Emerton by giving him two yellow cards the second card was a very dodgy decision. I think Emerton’s name is too close to Everton

I can see a Everton v Liverpool league cup final with Clottenburg reffing it. That would be a fecking nitemare lol

Even Sir Alex doesn’t get on with him. So what, but shared logic for once.

Clattenburg reffed our first game of the season against Wigan as well as the RS debacle so hopefully we’ve seen the back of him for a while.

How on earth could he not give a penalty on Carragher dragging down Lescott but give one for Heskey’s innocuous challenge on Samba.

He lives up here that idiot (Newcastle), so no wonder he can’t decide whether he wants a shit or a haircut. He is probably a red himself.

There are LOADS of Geordie’s who ’support’ the Mancs, The Shite and more recenly Chelski and Arsenal. How very sad.
