Loving the ad for the Everton vs Arsenal game on Saturday, it goes on about it being a match between two of the best footballing sides and asks who will be top of the class? Who would have thought we would be seeing that about Everton just a few months ago? Brilliant, COYB!

True and well deserved description of us, wonder if we will ever hear that of Sky "big four" Sports.

Setanta offer a more balanced view of Everton and other clubs in my opinion, unlike the more biased approach to the so-called "Big Four" by Sky Sports.

Sorry boys it’s just all PR ratings hype. Forget the build-up, we just need to do it on the pitch tomoorow & then people will really start showing us the respect we deserve.

Of course its call PR hype! How predicatble was it someone saying this.

However, the point is that the biased media are for once portraying us equally to what the others call ’the big four’.

Its not based on "Will Arsenal maintain their league challenge". But rather a clash of two strong clubs.

We are being given a degree of dignity and respect, which is refreshing change. Of course, thrashing Arsenal will demand the respect of other media too.

Did you ever wonder why late TV news programmes seem to think that what the newspapers are going to print tomorrow is "news"? The media, electronic and print, is an incestuous, canniibalistic industry - and very big business.

Sky have a vested interest in promoting their version of success, a "big four", boosting an unthinking - paying - audience, plus advertising revenue. Our success isn’t part of their business plan. (that goes for Man C and Villa too)

If I didn’t want us to win as an Evertonian, I think I would wish it to fuck those bastards up anyhow.

Jeez, can’t please everybody all the time can you?
I guess had it been Arsenal vs Derby they would have described the game the same way and that would have been okay!
Talking of Derby..........they were desparately unlucky not to get a point off The Red Shite yesterday! That chubby coach is one lucky SOB!
