If you do nothing else tonight, please at least do this one thing for me. Turn your TV to ITV 1, press the teletext button, type in page 404 and wait til it turns to page 3. Enjoy the read and a big well done to all the fans that create this "intimidation" every home game. I am proud of you.

For the sake of our many readers overseas who won't have ITV's teletext, perhaps you could explain further what it is they are missing out on?

Ok, I will induldge our less fortunate readers. It is an article from the Arsenal manager explaining how he feels Goodison Park is a more intimidating place to go [rather than Anfield] due to the nature of our fans and the fact we are a club on the up, unlike Liverpool in their current situation.

Must admit it brought a smile to my face thinking of all the reds with steam coming out of their ears as they read it

They won't like that will they? Fuck me, Sky will be up all night contacting Gerry Marsden and the gobshite badge man. Oh they won't like it will they... Fucking hell, if the press pick up on this, every gobshite on the kop will be in a state of shock and suicidal. Ha ha... get in there, Wenger ? you are my hero!!! HAVE IT

Give that man a Knighthood, thank you Mr Wenger for kicking them bastards right in the bollocks, that is their Holy Grail Anfield and that will fucking hurt them kopite gobshites. For a top manager to say that; it is like saying you might be LFC but you know what you're actually shit.

Thanks for that Al (and Michael for the prompt). As one of those less fortunate readers, I depend on ToffeeWeb and its contributers to keep my finger on the blue pulse. That is priceless.

Can you believe the red shite pundits are still trying to talk up their title chances? They were quoted at 40/1 tonight for the Premier League and the gobshites on Sky were asking John Terry if they were still in the race. Unbelievable !

Come on lads let?s be fair Anfield is full of Norwegians and they are a genteel race of people, see what happens when your club is hijacked by glory hunting dickheads. Carry on Sky with your big four crap ? we don?t care.

C'mon, people, they're telling us what we already know! All the games I watch here (Australia) on the box, Goodison always provides an exciting & LOUD atmosphere! God how I love to be there :( Stadium management should play Quiet Riots ?Cum on feel the noise? at the ground ! Who knows? Mr Wenger & even the RS might sing along to it :)

Just read an article with AW in which he talks about Goodison having a better atmosphere than those across the park. We have all known this for a while but nice to see bit of praise from a 'big' club.
Below are his words;
'Liverpool is the same kind of support but Everton is a bit more aggressive because Everton is up at the moment.
"Over the last one or two years, especially, it has been one of the noisiest grounds and has a great atmosphere.
"Liverpool is the same but now a little bit more gentel'

Hey Sean it would be worse if they played Cum on feel the noize by Slade wouldnt it as they did it first.
How about if the RS played I?m an Asshole by Denis Neary that would suit them

Thanks to Tommy Jones for a fair assesment of norwegians.
Somehow i felt i conributed well to the singing when i was over some weeks ago, but hey. As long as it’s red norwegians you are referring to.

Wenger’s probably the most revered manager in the game, this will get right up the RS noses, make no mistake. Don’t want to turn this into a stadium debate, but it does make you wonder what the noise and atmosphere would be like away from the old lady. The topic above this one about Eastlands suggests that City fans are happy with the ground, but I’ve been there a few times and it can’t hold a candle to Maine Rd., it’s too clinical. There have been a few comments recently in the press about Goodison being an old fashioned stadium and how intimidating it can be, I wonder how many points a season it’s worth?
